It is not enough to just pay taxes of your paycheck you have to pay taxes off everything this is ridiculous...

This is worst than a druglord or a loanshark outside of your house waiting for you to pay him for his loan...

Re: Extending the $8,000 First-Time Home Buyer Credit to $15,000

15,000 would help alot and this time only sell to people who have good credit .dont give a loan for 300,000 to a guy making 35,000 year because hes a minority lol

Re: Extending the $8,000 First-Time Home Buyer Credit to $15,000

Wouldn’t it be better to encourage behavior that really creates value instead of encouraging people to move house more often? Is people moving house even a good thing? Even if the credit stays restricted to first-time homebuyers, it’s taking customers from people who rent their property.

Re: Extending the $8,000 First-Time Home Buyer Credit to $15,000

Can't wait to sell my house to my neighbor and vice versa. There is probably a balance somewhere we must find, and the Senators pushing this change feel the $8,000 tax credit wasn't enough to find that balance. I don't know if I agree with them, but that's just my opinion as a potential first-time buyer who would like prices to remain low for my own satisfaction (until right after I buy, of course).

Re: Extending the $8,000 First-Time Home Buyer Credit to $15,000

Can we STOP inflating the bubble?!?
