Yes I've gotten quite a few recently as well with a similar skillset. I think most of them are finding me off dice.com. Too bad I'm not really interested in changing positions.

The flood of calls is annoying. Don't pick up numbers you don't recognize. I've learned to demand they send me a listing in writing and that I'm not willing to relocate. Half of the jobs they are calling about are short term contract in awful places. Oh, and they're probably not even for jobs you actually want.

Yes, I've done helpdesk before. No way I'd go back. Why would a programmer want to go back to helpdesk? These people have no comprehension at all of what they are doing.
