Don't pick up numbers you don't recognize. I've learned to demand they send me a listing in writing and that I'm not willing to relocate. Half of the jobs they are calling about are short term contract in awful places. Oh, and they're probably not even for jobs you actually want.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Yes, I've done helpdesk before. No way I'd go back. Why would a programmer want to go back to helpdesk?
